Ms. Southworth leads the Business Development (BD) team at ISN. Results-driven and strategically focused, she has a proven track record of driving growth and achieving company objectives. With more than 20 years of extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in Government contracting, she specializes in identifying opportunities for expansion, strategic and competitive analysis, and leading the BD cycle from opportunity identification through proposal submission.

Her experience spans a range of functions, including background investigations, animal welfare, process improvement, business and financial management, as well as team development and resource management. She is passionate about fostering continuous growth in organizations aligned with a mission for social good.

Ms. Southworth received a Bachelor’s degree from University of Tennessee.
