Ms. Smith oversees the ISN corporate operations and program delivery execution. Ms. Smith brings more than 25 years of experience in Government contracting and prior to ISN, has most recently served as COO at DecisionPoint Corporation, Vice President at FavorTech Consulting/Tria Federal, Industry Managing Director, Public Sector market at Acxiom, COO at VariQ (where she led the company through its growth from a small business to a mid-teer Alliant II unrestricted winner). Her career spans two and a half decades of supporting successful corporations such as Fannie Mae and Zenith American Solutions and government contractors supporting DOD, DHS, DOE, Department of Education and Treasury, among others.

Ms. Smith led the Mentor-Protégé program for Girls in Technology (sponsored by Women in Technology), sharing her passion for technology with your women pursuing STEM careers.

Ms. Smith received a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degrees in Information Technology from Technical University, Sofia, Bulgaria and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD. She holds a PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL v4.0, SCP4, and CSM certifications. She has led multiple organizations through CMMI Level 3 appraisals (for both Development and Services) and ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 certification audits.
