Arvin Malkani, PhD, has provided leadership and vision in various roles at Information Systems & Networks Corporation (ISN) since 1997. As ISN’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr. Malkani leads the development of the organization’s goals through a collaborative approach to planning, direction, and decision-making. He also oversees ISN’s overall growth and performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and strategic objectives.

With more than 25 years of experience in Government contracting, Dr. Malkani brings extensive expertise in project management, quality control, operations, and client relations. His leadership fosters innovation, efficiency, and partnerships, reinforcing ISN’s position as a trusted niche and focused provider in the industry.

Dr. Malkani received a PhD in Information Systems from George Washington University, and an Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master’s of Information and Telecommunication Systems degrees from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in electrical engineering from The George Washington University. He is published as a lead author in an academic real estate journal and has developed a patent in real estate technology.
