Delivering Mortgage Compliance
ISN is the prime contractor for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide Mortgage Compliance Manager (MCM) services. ISN delivers technology-driven pre-conveyance and post-conveyance compliance services associated with claims, acquisition, and the disposition of the FHA Single Family insured assets.
Curbing Youth Smoking
ISN has performed over 10,000 tobacco retail inspections to date as a partner with the Food and Drug Administration Center for Tobacco Products (FDA CTP). We deploy Inspector teams to identify retailers in violation of the Tobacco Control Act to ensure that FDA takes the appropriate action to enforce regulations that prohibit the sale of tobacco products to minors.
Protecting Public Benefits
ISN holds multiple contracts that protect benefits integrity for social service programs around the nation. As a partner to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), ISN performs nationwide site visits to businesses enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) to ensure that they adhere to regulations associated with the food stamps program.
